Estudio de utilización de productos sanitarios: apósitos estériles modernos en el tratamiento de heridas crónicas

Introducción: se ha realizado un estudio de utilización, de tipo prescripción – indicación transversal y multicéntrico, aunque de manera novedosa, el objeto de estudio ha sido el producto sanitario, en concreto, los apósitos estériles modernos aplicados en el campo de la Enfermería para el tratamiento local de las heridas crónicas. Material y métodos: en el estudio se incluyeron 49 lesiones pertenecientes a dos departamentos de salud de la provincia de Castellón. El estudio, recibió el dictamen favorable del CEIC del Hospital General de Castellón. Resultados: se observaron 118 usos de apósitos estériles para 49 lesiones.
