El estudio profundiza en la autoría; su relación con la vertiente más racionalista de la Arquitectura Modernista, emparentada con la Secesión Vienesa; y se hace un comentario de los elementos constitutivos del interior y del exterior, junto al desciframiento iconográfico de los temas que figuran en la fachada.
