Sistēmu pārvaldīšanas platformas "Atlas" pilnveidošana

Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta Latvijas Bankas sistēmai “Atlas” jauna komponente “universālā ievadforma”. Komponentes mērķis ir ļaut veikt CRUD darbības ar dažādiem viena līmeņa objektu veida datiem pie nosacījuma, ka komponentes konfigurācijā ir norādīts konkrēts tīmekļa API jeb biznesa sistēma, kas nodrošina konkrēta datu veida CRUD darbību izpildi. Tādā veidā uz šīs komponentes pamata var izstrādāt datu rediģēšanas formas priekš dažādām lietotāju vajadzībām un datiem.

Among the dits of Guillaume de Machaut consecrated to animal figures, the Dit dou lyon deserves a new ecdotic and critical study. It is a narrative work dating back to 1342, consisting of more than two thousand octosyllabes and transmitted by eleven manuscripts (14th-15th centuries), which contain Machaut’s works and almost all accompanied by a rich iconographic apparatus. Indeed, the two manuscripts that do not keep miniatures are however prepared to receive them, as proof of the importance of the iconographic element in the process of making manuscripts containing the works of Guillaume de Machaut, then to their reception and “monumentalization”. Treść artykułu zawiera teologiczną i filologiczną analizę fragmentu Mowy 38, 11 (powtórzenie tego tekstu znajduje się w Mowie 45, 7), w którym Grzegorz z Nazjanzu przedstawił opis stworzenia człowieka. Jego pouczenia, które kierował do swoich słuchaczy, mają charakter homiletycznego wyjaśnienia, stąd też mówca nie wchodzi w obszar ścisłej teologii, a jedynie w przystępny sposób podaje zasadniczy przekaz biblijnej prawdy. This study evaluates the bone-healing patterns on the surface of titanium implants at the cortical and marrow compartments of bicortically-installed implants in the diaphysis and metaphysis of rabbit tibiae. In 27 New Zealand rabbits, two implants, one for each macro-design and with equal resorbable blasted media (RBM) implant surfaces, were randomly implanted in the diaphysis or metaphysis of each tibia. The flaps were sutured to allow submerged healing. The animals were sacrificed after two, four, or eight weeks, with nine weeks used for the period of healing. The keywords provided by authors in their scientific articles and the descriptors assigned to those articles in various databases are analysed to find out the role played by these keywords during the indexing process. In order to do that, 108 periodical publications proportionally distributed between Social Sciences and Humanities (36 journals), Science and Technology (36) and Medical and Health Sciences (36) were selected. Ten articles were selected from each of the 108 journals from different years, so that we worked altogether on 1080 articles meeting two conditions: including keywords and being indexed in the databases ISOC, ICYT or IME. In the textual tradition of a literary work, our sources (manuscripts, printed books etc.) commonly bear, together with the "main text", different kinds of "paratexts" commenting on it (including interlinear annotations, glosses, scholia, footnotes, modern scholarly introductions and commentaries, and many others). Nykyaikana käytetään entistä enemmän tietojärjestelmiä, joihin tallennetaan luottamuksellista tai arkaluontoista tietoa. On myös pahantahtoisia käyttäjiä, jotka haluavat päästä käsiksi tähän arkaluontoiseen tietoon. Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastellaan injektioita ja oikeuksien eskaloitumista keinona saada arkaluontoista tietoa tietojärjestelmästä. Tarkemmin injektioista käsitellään kolmea eri tyyppiä: shell-, skripti- ja SQL-injektioita. Mutation Analysis of LMX1B Gene in Nail-Patella Syndrome Patients

SummaryNail-patella syndrome (NPS), a pleiotropic disorder exhibiting autosomal dominant inheritance, has been studied for >100 years. Recent evidence shows that NPS is the result of mutations in the LIM-homeodomain gene LMX1B. To determine whether specific LMX1B mutations are associated with different aspects of the NPS phenotype, we screened a cohort of 41 NPS families for LMX1B mutations. A total of 25 mutations were identified in 37 families. The nature of the mutations supports the hypothesis that NPS is the result of haploinsufficiency for LMX1B. There was no evidence of correlation between aspects of the NPS phenotype and specific mutations.

Many of the O2-responsive gene regulators of bacteria are members of the fumarate nitrate reductase-cyclic AMP receptor protein family of transcriptional regulators (12, 13, 15, 17) with predicted structures similar to those of the cyclic AMP receptor protein (11). The Fnr (stands for fumarate nitrate reductase regulator) protein from Escherichia coli (FnrEc) controls the expression of a variety of genes, mainly of anaerobic respiration and metabolism (5, 13).
