En este trabajo expondré el que considero el sentido apropiado de las tesis de Fuller sobre la moral interna del derecho. Tras argumentar que la tesis de la moral interna no dice mucho sobre la conexión entre el derecho y la moral en el sentido en que normalmente se discute sobre esta cuestión en los debates entre los partidarios del positivismo jurídico y sus críticos, explicaré en qué sentido el derecho es, para Fuller, un fenómeno moral. Motherhood‐induced gene expression in the mouse medial amygdala: Changes induced by pregnancy and lactation but not by pup stimuli

During lactation, adult female mice display aggressive responses toward male intrud-ers, triggered by male- derived chemosensory signals. This aggressive behavior is not shown by pup- sensitized virgin females sharing pup care with dams. The genetic mechanisms underlying the switch from attraction to aggression are unknown. The anti-viral type I interferon (IFN) response is initiated by the immediate induction of IFN beta, which is mainly controlled by the IFN-regulatory factor-3 (IRF-3). The signaling pathways mediating viral IRF-3 activation are only poorly defined. We show that the Rho GTPase Rac1 is activated upon virus infection and controls IRF-3 phosphorylation and activity. Inhibition of Rac1 leads to reduced IFN beta promoter activity and to enhanced virus production. As a downstream mediator of Rac signaling towards IRF-3, we have identified the kinase p21-activated kinase (PAK1).
