Impulsive excitation of high vibrational states in I2–Xe complex on the electronic ground state

Abstract High vibrational states, up to ν = 22, are excited and investigated on the ground electronic state of a 1:1 I 2 –Xe complex isolated in solid Kr using femtosecond CARS technique and spontaneous resonant Raman measurements. The results show that this system is a promising candidate for investigations of coherent control of bimolecular reactions by using vibrational wavepackets on the ground electronic state.

II Polski Synod Plenarny został uroczyście zainaugurowany przez papieża Jana Pawła II w czasie jego wizyty w Polsce w czerwcu 1991 r. Również Jan Paweł II dokonał jego zamknięcia 11 czerwca 1999 r. Prace przygotowawcze do synodu trwały prawie trzy lata. W tym czasie sformułowano istotne problemy, które miały zostać przedyskutowane i przepracowane przez grupy synodalne. W ramach siedemnastu komisji tematycznych zredagowano dokumenty robocze. Ważne miejsce wśród nich zajmuje dokument pt.: Kościół katolicki w Polsce na drodze ekumenizmu. Zjawisko korepetycji ma charakter globalny. W Polsce istnieje od dawna i w ostatnich latach znacznie przybrało na sile. Obecnie prywatne lekcje są postrzegane jako coś normalnego. Przedstawione w pracy wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych wśród maturzystów z Opola pokazują powszechność korepetycji oraz wskazują, jakim motywami kierują się uczniowie korzystający z takich zajęć.

Problematyka badawcza, którą podjęli J. Widacki i A. Szuba-Boroń nie była dotąd przedmiotem zainteresowań naukowych. Jan Widacki podczas sprawowania misji dyplomatycznej w Wilnie kontynuował swoje zainteresowania naukowe, docierając do akt spraw o szpiegostwo z okresu międzywojennego. Natomiast Anna Szuba- -Boroń badając m.in. akta spraw o szpiegostwo zajęła się prozą Sergiusza Piaseckiego, pisarza i byłego szpiega. Obraz pogranicza, a w nim walka wywiadów sowieckiego, litewskiego oraz polskiego kontrwywiadu to niewątpliwie interesujące tło do ba-dań. Le lieu-dit Le Castelet à Grenade (Haute-Garonne) est situé à égale distance (1,5 km) du confluent Hers-Girou vers l’est et d’un méandre de la Garonne vers le nord-ouest. Un projet de carrière de la Société Midi-Pyrénées Granulats a permis de retrouver dans ce lieu les traces de plusieurs occupations humaines, échelonnées pour l’essentiel entre le Néolithique moyen et de la fin de l’âge du Bronze. In Finland the “Isoverstas” (formely ISOverkosto) network of schools coordinates the development of upper secondary distance learning services. The community actually is quite extensive with 65 member schools. In this paper we introduce the results related using synchronous and asynchronous online video resources for distance teaching. The topic is approached broadly at the level of schools and different support services as well as the pedagogical practices of individual teachers. Photophysical properties of a water-soluble cluster Au102(pMBA)44 (pMBA = para-mercaptobenzoic acid) are studied by ultrafast time-resolved mid-IR spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations in order to distinguish between molecular and metallic behavior. In the mid-IR transient absorption studies, visible or near-infrared light is used to electronically excite the sample, and the subsequent relaxation is monitored by studying the transient absorption of a vibrational mode in the ligands. More educated, more mobile? Evidence from post-secondary education reform. Spatial Economic Analysis. This paper examines the causal impact of the level of education on within-country migration. To account for biases resulting from selection into post-secondary education, it uses a large-scale reform within the higher education system that gradually transformed former vocational colleges into polytechnics in Finland in the 1990s. This reform created quasi-exogenous variation in the supply of higher education over time and across regions.
