Fyysisessä aktiivisuudessa tapahtuu luonnollista vaihtelua elämän aikana muun muassa perheen ja lasten vuoksi. In this work, we study the phases of image processing chain of microtomographic imag- ing in order to obtain reliable results while optimizing the time spent on denoising and segmentation. We consider that the decisions made at the early phases of the processing chain are most important and the selection made there essentially determine the overall quality of imaging process. We also compare here various denoising method qualita- tively, however, we think that the pure noise removal ability is not the only requirement for noise removal in microtomographic images. In research on learner language complexity, accuracy and fluency (CAF), syntactic complexity is often studied with quantitative measures based on words, clauses, sentences, and T-units. The findings have been mixed, but segmenting learner language into these units of measure has seldom been problematised, even if the need for accurate coding is well known. La cirugía con implante ExPRESS es muy utilizada en el tratamiento del glaucoma. A pesar de esto existen pocos estudios que evalúen la morfología de las ampollas de filtración resultantes tras su implante; por esta razón utilizamos la tomografía de coherencia óptica de segmento anterior para analizarlas. Se realizó un estudio prospectivo, consecutivo no aleatorizado donde se estudiaron 36 ampollas de filtración derivadas de la implantación del dispositivo ExPRESS. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ollut tarkastella pakolaistaustaisten maahanmuuttajien työllistymispolkuja suomalaisilla työmarkkinoilla. Tutkimusongelma on jäsennelty neljän tutkimuskysymyksen muotoon. Kysymyksillä on pyritty selvittämään sitä, miten inhimilliseen, sosiaaliseen ja kulttuurilliseen pääomaan luettavat tekijät ilmenevät pakolaistaustaisten maahanmuuttajien työllistymispoluissa. Samoin on haluttu selvittää ohjaako työmarkkinoiden segmentoituminen maahanmuuttajat tietynlaisiin töihin.
