Esta carta crea un precedente en España, ya que por primera vez se muestra la percepción que tienen los médicos de familia sobre las tres consultas de optometría abiertas en el Servicio Navarro de Salud (Osasunbidea), transcurridos 10 años de la creación de la primera de ellas en 2006. Teniendo en cuenta que no todas las comunidades autónomas cuentan con estas consultas implementadas en el sistema sanitario, consideramos que este servicio es fundamental ponerlo en marcha y desarrollarlo en el resto de comunidades, para ofrecer al paciente una mejor atención primaria. Abstract Background The primary health care services are becoming increasingly complex, which presents challenges for the municipal nursing services. In Norway, municipal in-patient acute care (MipAC) has been introduced in all municipalities, and the competence at the services has been questioned. En este artículo se describen los diferentes enfoques que se pueden aplicar al estudio del concepto de resiliencia familiar en el contexto de las enfermedades crónicas pediátricas y sus implicaciones en la práctica clínica y educativa. Asimismo, se describen los principios generales que deben regir esta práctica y las actuaciones concretas de los profesionales de los sistemas sanitarios, educativos y sociales. La resiliencia familiar es imprescindible para mantener una buena calidad de vida del niño enfermo y de la familia en su conjunto.

No hace mucho un hablante de quechua nos decía convencido : " Piru llaqta wayk'uyninqa sumaqnin" (" la cocina de Perú es realmente exquisita").
