La chiusura delle scuole ha provocato un incremento significativo della povertà educativa ha sollecitato l’opportunità di progettare interventi integrati di service learning per favorire il recupero e il potenziamento dei minori in difficoltà. 869 studenti del Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Scienze della Formazione Primaria dell’Università degli Studi di Palermo, sono stati coinvolti nella progettazione e nella realizzazione di percorsi didattici mirati, rivolti agli alunni “fragili” di 33 scuole palermitane. The literature has proposed ways to modularize information-technology-enabled services (ITeS) with limited success. We argue that applying design principles (DPs) can address this gap and revitalize the service modularization literature. With a qualitative research study, we develop exemplar DPs and a set of prioritized DPs for ITeS. We contribute to the literature by demonstrating how complex service systems, specifically ITeS, can be modularly designed. Ce rapport sur « l’application de la laïcité à la justice » est le fruit d’un travail collectif mené sur deux années par une équipe d’enseignants-chercheurs (juristes et sociologues) avec le soutien de la mission de recherche « Droit et Justice ».Le sujet est d’autant plus intéressant que la justice n’est sans doute pas un service public comme les autres. Outre une laïcisation plus lente, la justice se distingue également des autres services publics par la diversité des acteurs qui s’y croisent : tous ne sont pas des professionnels (les jurés notamment) et parmi les professionnels, tous ne sont pas des agents publics.
