Artikkelissa tarkastellaan populismin ideologista väkevöitymistä populistisen radikaalioikeiston herättämänä kysymyksenä. Ernesto Laclaun käsittein kuvataan aluksi argumentaatioltaan heikoksi mainitun populistisen retoriikan liikettä muodostavaa voimaa. The article argues ?from the Deleuzian concepts of society of control, moulding and modulation and the Rosean theory on the economization and medicalization of life? that the expansion of the concept of health in terms of integral and subjective well-being is the effect of a socio-historical shift in the way we relate to this signifier, and therefore to our bodies and ourselves. Our focus is on how dialogue is understood in the context of the European Union’s flagship heritage action, the European Heritage Label, that aims to strengthen citizens’ sense of belonging to the Union. Näiden ympäristöjen suunnittelussa on opetukselle asetettujen vaatimusten huomioimisen lisäksi oleellista ymmärtää yksilön tavat kokea ja ymmärtää käytössä oleva teknologia. Koettu käytettävyys on käsite, joka kuvaa tuote- tai palvelusuunnittelua siltä osin, kuinka ihmiset ymmärtävät käytettävyyttä ja käytön helppoutta.
