[Abstract] The objective of this study was to examine the effect of the situational match status variable on the ball possession of the teams that participated in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The 52 games played during the championship have been collected, and 3,740 ball possessions made by the teams were analyzed. The teams have been divided into successful and unsuccessful. The aim of this paper was to investigate the interactive effects of contextual variables on the attacking style of play in professional soccer. 5849 team possessions from 40 random matches from Spanish La Liga and English Premier League 2017-2018 were analysed by means of multidimensional observation. Multilevel multivariate logistic regressions showed that home teams had higher odds of implementing fast attacks (p<.05) and lower odds of implementing direct attacks (p<.05) than combinative attacks. The role of adolescents' temperament in their positive and negative emotions as well as in psychophysiological reactions during achievement situations

Abstract This study examined the role of adolescents' (n = 190) temperament in their emotional reactions in achievement situations. Adolescents rated their temperament (i.e., surgency/extraversion, negative affectivity, effortful control) and completed achievement tasks in Grade 6. They also reported their emotions before and during challenging and non-challenging tasks. In addition, adolescents' autonomic nervous system reactions (i.e., skin conductance levels) were recorded. The article discusses the difficulties of diagnosing speaking skills in the situation of matriculation examination, resulting from the specific nature of spoken language varieties and texts implementation in these variants. Factors that should be taken into account when formulating criteria for assessing speech and conversation exams are: complex and holistic structure of spoken speech, transience of audible text, the spontaneity of live speech, the power of nonverbal codes, a significant stigma of a dialog, and the influence of situational context on the course of communicative interaction. A case formulation model for the assessment of psychological problems among deafblind persons

In order to describe and understand possible problems associated with deafblindness we applied a functional analysis case formulation strategy and Functional Analytic Clinical Case Diagrams (FACCD). We collected clinical assessment data from deafblind persons who were experiencing multiple psychological problems as reported by their healthcare professionals. The data were collected after the healthcare professionals were trained in functional analyses and in applying FACCD. Any change in the invariant aspects of the auditory environment is of potential importance. The human brain preattentively or automatically detects such changes. The mismatch negativity (MMN) of event-related potentials (ERPs) reflects this initial stage of auditory change detection. The origin of MMN is held to be cortical. The hippocampus is associated with a later generated P3a of ERPs reflecting involuntarily attention switches towards auditory changes that are high in magnitude.
