Alkoholinkäyttö EVI-hankkeeseen osallistuneilla keskisuomalaisilla

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten Elintapasairauksien varhaistunnistaminen ja interventio (EVI) -hankkeeseen osallistuneiden keskisuomalaisten alkoholinkäyttö oli yhteydessä tutkittavien taustatekijöihin. Keskeisesti haluttiin tutkia alkoholikäytön useuden, kertakäyttömäärien sekä humalahakuisen käytön yhteyttä vastaajien sukupuoleen, ikään, koulutustaustaan ja työelämätilanteeseen sekä painoindeksiin ja vyötärönympärykseen. Tutkimuksella pyrittiin vastaamaan myös siihen, missä olosuhteissa alkoholia käytettiin eri taustatekijöiden mukaan sekä millaista oli tutkittavien alkoholiin liittyvien terveystottumusten muutoshalukkuus. Objective Online health and social care services are getting widespread which increases the risk that less advantaged groups may not be able to access these services resulting in digital exclusion. We examined the combined effects of age and digital competence on the use of online health and social care services. Methods We used a large representative population-based sample of 4495 respondents from Finland. Paper-based self-assessment questionnaire with an online response option was mailed to participants. Taken out of Silesia at the end of World War II and stored in West Germany, the chest of the Greiffenberg Merchant Confraternity contains books and documents from almost 200 years of the Merchant Confraternity’s activity. These texts form the basis for research into the history of the German language in Silesia, in particular in the field of text linguistics. This paper presents historical, economic, social and cultural conditions that had an impact on the production of these texts and presents the results of the diachronic analysis of “receipt report” as text sub-genre, carried out on the “Book of Receipt Reports” from 1756-1944.

The subject matter of analysis is oronyms, i.e. the names of mountains and hills deriving from the names of plants and animals. The names of mountains can perform the function of localization (a relation between an object and the toponym), characterization (the topographic character of an object, the shape of an object, the quality of substrate, the fauna and flora in an area), they can express the relation between an object and a man (possessive names) and they can be a reflection of material or spiritual culture.
