Background: Transanal irrigation (TAI) is employed for children with fecal incontinence, but it can present several problems which require a study of their outcomes among different pathologies and without a tailored work up. The aim of our study was to evaluate the effectiveness of an advanced protocol in order to tailor TAI, prevent complications, and evaluate outcomes. Magnetic fields can play a major role in the dynamics of outstanding explosions associated to violent events such as GRBs and hypernovae, since they provide a natural mechanism to harness the rotational energy of the central proto-neutron star and power relativistic jets through the stellar progenitor. Double copies of blaKPC-3::Tn4401a on an IncX3 plasmid in Klebsiella pneumoniae successful clone ST512 from Italy

ABSTRACT A carbapenem-resistant sequence type 512 (ST512) Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase 3 (KPC-3)-producing K. pneumoniae strain showing a novel variant plasmid content was isolated in Palermo, Italy, in 2014. ST512 is a worldwide successful clone associated with the spread of bla KPC genes located on the IncFIIk pKpQIL plasmid. In our ST512 strain, the bla KPC-3 gene was unusually located on an IncX3 plasmid, whose complete sequence was determined. Two copies of bla KPC-3 ::Tn 4401a caused by intramolecular transposition events were detected in the plasmid.

The photosphere is the best known layer of the Sun, as it delimits its surface and furthermore, it has been observed in detail since the beginning of the telescopic era. The convection zone redistributes the magnetic field over the photosphere and the upper layers. On the many scales of the solar surface magnetism, the smallest elements seen in the photosphere are the most unknown, due to the limit in resolution of a finite telescope. The structures that are smaller than typically 100 km are smeared out.
