Le Sezioni Unite della Cassazione, sollecitate da un’ordinanza di rimessione dell’anno passato, intervengono a composizione del contrasto giurisprudenziale a proposito di una questione di diritto intertemporale in materia di leasing. La Corte si pronuncia sull’individuazione della disciplina applicabile agli effetti della risoluzione del contratto a causa dell’inadempimento dell’utilizzatore, nell’ipotesi di successivo fallimento del medesimo. Il contributo ricostruisce gli orientamenti dottrinali e giurisprudenziali sul punto e si sofferma su alcuni profili problematici sollevati dalla pronuncia.

The confinement of D and L dimethyl tartrate in lecithin reverse micelles dispersed in cyclohexane has been investigated by FT-IR, polarimetry, electronic and vibrational circular dichroism (ECD and VCD), 1H NMR, and small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Measurements have been performed at room temperature as a function of the solubilizate-to-surfactant molar ratio (R) at fixed lecithin concentration. The analysis of experimental data indicates that the dimethyl tartrate molecules are solubilized within reverse micelles in proximity to the surfactant head groups in the same way for the D and L forms. Evoked responses to transcranial and electrical stimulation during isometric and lengthening contractions of the soleus muscle

The aim of this study was to assess differences in motor control between isometric and lengthening contractions of the soleus muscle. Evoked responses to TMS (MEPs) and electrical stimulation of the peripheral nerve (H-reflexes) where recorded at rest and during isometric and lengthening contractions of the soleus muscle at 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% MVC. Torque and background EMG were averaged over a time window of 100ms prior to stimulation. MEPs were found to be significantly lower (P < 0.05) during lengthening contractions compared to isometric contractions at 40%, 60% and 80% MVC (10.95 ± 0.05 mV vs 9.93 ±0.06 mV ; 1.47 ± 0.07 mV vs 9.7 ± 0.08 mV; 11.48 ± 0.08 mV ± vs 10.14 ± 0.07 mV). Se presenta una demostración de aula que muestra que la condensación del vapor se produce preferentemente sobre la superficie de partículas sólidas y que la presión de vapor de una disolución disminuye cuando aumenta la concentración de soluto. A classroom demonstration is presented showing that vapor condensation occurs preferentially on the surface of solid particles and that the vapor pressure of a solution decreases as the solute concentration increases.

The dissolution and hydrolysis of wet fibre sludge in ionic liquids (ILs) with different reaction conditions are performed in this study. Novel types of hydroxyalkylimidazolium hydrogensulphate ILs, [glymim]HSO4, [hemim]HSO4 and [hpmim]HSO4, are especially designed and aimed to combine the dissolution and hydrolysis of wet fibre sludge in a one-step pretreatment. The results were obtained based on the analysis of total reducing sugars (TRS) with the DNS method.
