Effect of sequential inoculum of beta-glucosidase positive and probiotic strains on brine fermentation to obtain low salt sicilian table olives

In the present study, the β-glucosidase positive strain Lactobacillus plantarum F3. 3 was used as starter during the fermentation of Sicilian table olives (Nocellara Etnea cultivar) at two different salt concentrations (5 and 8%), in order to accelerate the debittering process. The latter was monitored through the increase of hydroxytyrosol compound. In addition, the potential probiotic Lactobacillus paracasei N24 strain was added after 60 days of fermentation. Un-inoculated brine samples at 5 and 8% of salt were used as control. The fermentation was monitored till 120 days through physico-chemical and microbiological analyses. The aim of this study was to evaluate the fermentation performance of the commercial starter Lactiplantibacillus pentosus OM13 with four nutrients (A, B, C, and D) that differed in the following ingredients: starch, sugars, maltodextrin, inactivated yeast, inactivated yeast rich in amino acids, inactivated yeast rich in mannoproteins, and salt (NaCl). Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir identificēt stratēģijas un taktikas noteiktā starptautisko pārrunu procesa posmā, lai piemērotu to analīzi abu Minskas līgumu pārrunu procesam. Tādā veidā noskaidrot, kā atbilstoša teorētiskā modeļa izmantošana var ietekmēt miera līguma rezultātus un tā ieviešanu, lai nodrošinātu mieru un atrisinātu konfliktu. Dense Solid-Liquid Off-Bottom Suspension Dynamics: Simulation and Experiment

Dense solid-liquid off-bottom suspension inside a baffled mechanically agitated stirred tank equipped with a standard Rushton turbine is investigated. Dynamic evolution of the suspension from start up to steady state conditions has been inspected by both visual experiments and computational fluid dynamics. A classical Eulerian-Eulerian Multi Fluid Model along with the “homogeneous” k-epsilon turbulence model is adopted to simulate suspension dynamics. Tunisian start up support systems : what challenges facing young graduates entrepreneurs? : Sfax case study

In this dissertation we identify the determinants of the longevity and the probability of survival of small businesses created by young graduates benefiting from bank loans at enhanced rates. The focus is on the policy impact of public support for the creation of companies. The data are based on a survey conducted in 2013 under the tutelage of the University of Sfax (Tunisia) of a cohort of 160 companies five years after they were first formed. The response rate was 81.25%. After discussing the issue of the survival of newly-established companies and the factors that promote their survival, we use duration models specifically the Cox model (1972).
