Uzņēmējdarbības vide pieprasa precīzu un skaidru komunikāciju, tādēļ iniciālismi un akronīmi, kā saīsinājumu veidi, saīsina garās frāzes. Šī pētnieciskā darba mērķis bija izpētīt saīsinājumu izmantošanu rakstos par jaunajiem uzņēmumiem. Turklāt pētījumā tika noteikti saīsinājumu veidi, kas parādās rakstos par jaunajiem uzņēmumiem, kā arī to izmantošanas iemesli. Lai sasniegtu mērķi un atbildētu uz pētnieciskā darba jautājumiem, tika izmantota kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētnieciskā metode. There are two competing hypotheses explaining how innovativeness influences the survival of startups: On the one hand, innovativeness is argued to foster survival-enhancing attributes (e.g., market power and cost efficiency) and capabilities (e.g., absorptive capacity). On the other hand, an innovative startup faces (and bears the associated risks of) liabilities of newness and smallness that exceed those of its non-innovative counterparts. The purpose of the present study was to compare kinetics, kinematics and muscle activity between sprint start, sled-pulling and selected squat type exercises and also to examine how different exercises and variables correlate with the performance time of the block start (10 m). Comparison of a MBR system start-up with and without inoculum: experimental and mathematical model application

The performance of a membrane bioreactor (MBR) system and the extension and mechanisms that lead to the formation of the fouling may differ in relation to the start-up. As a consequence, the MBR start-up may constitute a crucial point that drastically influence the MBR performance in its lifespan.
