International audience; We consider a static game with conjectural variations where some firms make conjectures while others do not. Two propositions are proved. We first show that there exists a continuum of conjectural variations such that the conjectural equilibrium locally coincides with the Stackelberg equilibrium (Proposition 1). Second, we define the conditions under which a conjectural equilibrium is a locally consistent equilibrium (i.e. such that conjectures are fulfilled). Based on these findings, a new coronary angiography with possible surgical revascularization was planned, but 12 hours after the MDCT examination, the patient experienced an episode of chest pain with ST-segment elevation from V1 to V5, complicated by electromechanical dissociation, and culminating in death. A post-mortem study was not performed. This case illustrates the usefulness of MDCT for follow-up of coronary stents located in proximal segments, and for identifying specific complications: extension of a dissection and even visualization of a coronary thrombus.

We read with interest the letters by Vallurupalli and Uretsky and also Dr Nadir relating to the results of the DOCTORS study (Does Optical Coherence Tomography Optimize Results of Stenting).1 We thank the authors for their insightful remarks. Vallurupalli and Uretsky raise an interesting point when they underline that a prolonged inflation time is superior to a rapid inflation/deflation technique in terms of both stent expansion and apposition. We acknowledge that we did not take stent inflation time into account in the case report form of the DOCTORS study. Impact of a stay in the intensive care unit on the preparation of Advance Directives: Descriptive, exploratory, qualitative study.

Abstract Background Our objective was to assess, through a qualitative, exploratory study, the thought processes of patients regarding the formulation of advance directives (AD) after a stay in the ICU. Methods The study was conducted from May to July 2016 using telephone interviews performed by four senior ICU physicians. Inclusion criteria were: patients discharged from ICU to home > 3 months earlier. Semi-directive interviews with patients focused on 5 main points surrounding AD. Results In total, among 159 eligible patients, data from 94 (59%) were available for analysis. Among all those interviewed, 83.5% had never heard of “advance directives”.
