2011

The purpose of our research is to show that the model of adult attachment constitute a factor of psychological vulnerability that explain women depression and its evolution on two levels: the disturbance of the emotional regulation (attachment strategies) and the insecurity of the representation of the past links of attachment (parental experiences), and the current ones (love and interpersonal attachment). The aim is also to determine the existing links between the personality of the depressed women and adult attachment. We have a more interest more specific in the study of the evolution between the depression and the patterns of attachment (stability or alteration) during hospitalization.…

Affective reactions to musical stimuli reflect emotional use of music in everyday life

2013

Music is a common means for regulating affective states in everyday life, but little is known about the individual differences in this behaviour. We investigated affective reactions to musical stimuli as an explanatory factor. Forty-four young adults rated self-selected music regarding perceived and felt emotions, preference, pleasantness and beauty. The ratings were reduced into five factors representing affective response tendencies. The participants also filled in the Music in Mood Regulation (MMR) questionnaire assessing seven music-related mood regulation strategies in everyday life. High beauty and pleasantness ratings for liked music correlated with the use of music for inducing str…

Influence on self-efficacy of the degree of authenticity of the inquiry carried out in two secondary school science projects

2021

Verbal fluency in school-aged Spanish children: analysis of clustering and switching organizational strategies, employing different semantic categori…

2021

Revenue-Aware Resource Allocation in the Future Multi-Service IP Networks

2006

In the future IP networks, a wide range of different service classes must be supported in a network node and different classes of customers will pay different prices for their used node resources based on their Service-Level-Agreements. In this paper, we link the resource allocation issue with pricing strategies and explore the problem of maximizing the revenue of service providers in a network node by optimally allocating a given amount of node resources among multiple service classes. Under the linear pricing strategy, the optimal resource allocation scheme is derived for the case that no firm Quality-of-Service (QoS) guarantees are required for all service classes, which can achieve the …
