Despite the growing body of literature on technostress, there is limited knowledge about the emergence of technostress among people working with physical robots. In this paper, we aim to address this research gap by exploring how technostress emerges among employees working with physical robots. Stressinhallintakeinot ja työn imu : päiväkirjatutkimus tiimityöstä

Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin stressinhallintakeinojen ja työn imun välisiä yhteyksiä. Tutkimuksen erityisenä tavoitteena oli selvittää ovatko stressinhallintakeinot ja työn imun kokemukset jaettuja tiimityöntekijöiden välillä. Tutkimus toteutettiin päiväkirjatutkimuksena, johon osallistui 33 rakennusalan työntekijää viiden peräkkäisen työpäivän ajan. Tutkimuksen tilastollisina analyysimenetelminä käytettiin yksisuuntaista varianssianalyysia, Pearsonin korrelaatiokertoimia sekä monitasoregressioanalyysiä. Tämän tutkielman tarkoituksena oli tarkastella musiikin kuuntelua stressin lievityksessä arkipäivässä. Musiikin kuuntelun on todettu lievittävän stressiä tehokkaasti mutta aiemmat tutkimukset aiheesta ovat olleet lähinnä määrällisiä. Tässä tutkimuksessa aihetta lähestyttiin laadullisin menetelmin, jossa pyrittiin stressin lievityksen osalta kartoittamaan musiikillisten piirteiden lisäksi myös ihmisten kokemuksia aiheesta. Internal prestressing with bonded tendons suffers corrosion of wires and bond deterioration due to the bad infill of grouted sheaths. Many bridge girders show this state through cracking, deflections and in the worst cases, sudden failures. Aim Sirtuins are proteins that connect energy metabolism, oxidative stress and aging. Expression of heat shock proteins (Hsps) is regulated by heat shock factors (HSFs) in response to various environmental and physiological stresses, such as oxidative stress.
