Changes in spatial and sectoral patterns of employment in Ile-de-France, 1978-1997

International audience; This paper investigates the spatial distribution of employment in the region of Ile-de-France in 1978 and 1997. Exploratory spatial data analysis is used to identify employment centres and a sectoral analysis of the central business district (CBD) and sub-centres is performed. The results highlight a process of suburbanisation of employment in Ile-de-France between 1978 and 1997. A more polarised space emerges in 1997 than in 1978, with several employment centres specialised in different activities. Knowledge of the processes by which plants colonize old structures is a key element for nature-based design both in urban and suburban contexts. This paper analyses the natural vegetation on walls and in other microhabitats of the roadway structures of Monte Pellegrino (606 m a.s.l.) near Palermo (Sicily), built in the first half of the 1900s. The historical road has particular construction and architectural features, and its characteristics have been maintained to this day. Bakalaura darbā “Iedzīvotāju migrācija piepilsētā: Ozolnieku novada piemērs” pētīta iekšzemes migrācijas struktūra, iedzīvotāju sastāvs un pārcelšanās motīvi Ozolnieku novadā. Ozolnieku novads pētījumam izvēlēts, jo migrācijas procesus pašvaldībā ietekmē Rīgas aglomerācijas lielākie apdzīvojuma centri – Jelgava un Rīga. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot iedzīvotāju sastāvu un pārcelšanās motīvus iekšzemes migrācijā uz Ozolnieku novadu, vērtējot migrācijas rezultātā piepilsētā notikušās pārmaiņas. Pētījuma ietvaros veikta iedzīvotāju aptauja ar mērķi noskaidrot iedzīvotāju migrācijas pieredzi un dzīvesvietas vērtējumu. Darbu veido ievads, 7 nodaļas, secinājumi, izmantotā literatūra un pielikums.

Principalement expliqué par un desserrement résidentiel, il est aussi la résultante des dynamiques de centralisation de l’emploi et de spécialisation des zones d’activité à l’intérieur des aires urbaines. The suburban housing is a privileged urban form by French households for several decades. Nevertheless, the suburban residential trajectories are diversified and involve a population which is not less heterogeneous. From the literature and our field work, this contribution returns on the interests of residential trajectories approach and highlights the factors which connect the set of the inhabitants who, at one time or another of their trajectory, opted for this type of individual housing. Leaning on some discriminating variables (social, occupational, economic, life cycle…), a typology of suburban will come to conclude this article.
