Abstract Background In the year 2020, depression will cause the second highest amount of disability worldwide. One quarter of the population will suffer from depression symptoms at some point in their lives. Mental health services in Western countries are overburdened. Therefore, cost-effective interventions that do not involve mental health services, such as online psychotherapy programs, have been proposed. These programs demonstrate satisfactory outcomes, but the completion rate for patients is low. Opinie o generale Wojciechu Jaruzelskim uzależnione są od stosunku zainteresowanych do wydarzeń z lat osiemdziesiątych XX w., a szczególnie do okoliczności wprowadzenia i przebiegu stanu wojennego. Wiele ocen pozostaje do dnia dzisiejszego niedostępnych dla opinii publicznej. Są to między innymi dokumenty dyplomatyczne, w których oceny generała Jaruzelskiego były diametralnie różnymi od tych, które prezentowano opinii publicznej. Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest ustalenie, w jakich wzajemnych relacjach twórca Konstytucji RP z 1997 r. usytuował naród i państwo. W tekście przedstawiono dwa przeciwstawne nurty, wskazujące, jak postrzegany jest ten stosunek w literaturze tzw. państw zachodu oraz państw, które wstąpiły do tego grona w przeciągu ostatnich dekad. Przedstawione zostały argumenty wskazujące na empiryczną prawdziwość nurtu prezentowanego przez polskich przedstawicieli nauki – nurtu wschodnioeuropejskiego. During 2020, the Mediterranean Sea was again the testing ground for migration flows from North Africa and the Middle East to Italy, Greece and Spain. 2020 was also a complex year due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Movements between countries were affected by the spread of the virus that spared no one and imposed the need to reflect on 'global health' and the consequences that this has, also in the relationship between countries and in travel.

Nel corso del 2020 il mar Mediterraneo è stato ancora il banco di prova dei flussi migratori provenienti dal Nord Africa e dal Medio Oriente verso l’Italia la Grecia e la Spagna. Il 2020 è stato anche un anno complesso a causa della diffusione della pandemia COVID-19. I movimenti tra i Paesi sono stati influenzati dal propagarsi del virus che non ha risparmiato nessuno e ha imposto la necessità di riflettere sulla “salute globale” e sulle conseguenze che tutto questo ha anche nella relazione tra i Paesi e negli spostamenti.
