The object of research is economic processes in insurance market of Ukraine. Generally there is no methodology for financial security assessment of the individual insurer and the insurance market in Ukraine, approved within the regulatory impact and determining financial security is not considered that hinders the practice of providing threats identification. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt sakarības starp uztverto vecāku pārraudzību un alkohola lietošanas biežumu pusaudžiem no pilnām un nepilnām ģimenēm. Datu ievākšanai tika izmantota Vecāku uzraudzības aptauja ( Parental Monitoring Scale, Stattin & Kerr, 2009), kas sastāv no 24 jautājumiem, kas atspoguļo vecāku uzraudzības veidus., (t.i., ko vecāki zina, pusaudžu atklātība, kontroles sajūta, vecāku kontrole). Apgalvojumi tiek vērtēti pēc Likerta skalas 5 punktu sistēmā (1- „nekad”, 5- „vienmēr”). Un alkohola lietošanas biežuma aptauja (Youth risk behavior survey. Purpose: We investigated the role of gender in abusive leadership practices, along with the effects of abusive leadership on employee health. We tested two hypotheses regarding the relationship between abusive leadership practices and subordinates’ health outcomes. Design: At two points of measurement, 663 participants in Germany rated their 158 direct team leaders on abusive supervision and stated their own levels of emotional exhaustion and somatic stress. To test our hypotheses, we used a mixed model approach. We aim to determine burnout rates among psychiatric trainees, and identify individual, educational and work-related factors associated with severe burnout.MethodsIn an online survey psychiatric trainees from 22 countries were asked to complete the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS) and provide information on individual, educational and work-related parameters. Sen tarkoituksena oli tarjota evästystä sekä väitöskirjaan sisältyvien artikkeleiden että post doc -julkaisujen suunnitteluun ja julkaisufoorumien tutkiskeluun. Taustalla oli kokemus siitä, että artikkeliväitöskirjan ohjausprosessi poikkeaa monin tavoin monografiaväitöskirjan ohjauksesta.
