The territorial presentation of performance: the sustainability reports in automotive and aerial transport industries in Asia and EuropaThis research studies the sustainability reports of 18 automobile constructors and airlines companies for 2011. The study aims at identifying the objectives pursued by these firms and analyzing both similarities and differences. Introducing the concept of territory, we propose to consider sustainability reports as tools for a story-telling that would reconcile the social and the economic dimensions of the firms.

Nie można mówić o zasadach jednomyślności i większości w parlamentaryźmie polskim XVI i XVII wieku, abstrahując od struktury organów przedstawicielskich, ich kompetencji i konkretnych metod podejmowania decyzji. Przedstawione w artykule analizy pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że pomimo tego, że zasada jednomyślności była charakterystyczna dla społeczeństwa stanowego, to już w wieku XVI w praktyce parlamentarnej decydowano w oparciu o zasadę większości. This paper introduces the idea of data-driven narratives to examine how the use of information, communications, and media technologies (ICMTs) impacts the sustainable growth of economies. While ICMTs have regularly been advocated as a policy tool for growth and development, there is a research gap in empirical studies validating how such policies may be effective. This analysis is based on historical panel data from 39 economies across the developed North (19) and developing South (20). Project-based education (PBE) gives possibilities for students to work together and feeling of belonging in a community even during distance learning. At the Department of Chemistry, University of Jyväskylä (JYU), a group of exchange students participated in a PBE chemistry teacher education research course online. The goal of the course was to enforce the connection between research on science teaching and acting sustainable in society. This study is based on semi-structured online group interview of the students after this PBE course.
