The PCR technique was applied to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in live cattle, and both skin-test-negative and skin-test-positive animals were studied. DNA was taken from various sources including specimens of lymph node aspirates, milk, and nasal swabs. After slaughter and visual inspection, tissues such as lymph nodes, lungs, and udders from tuberculin reactors were tested by the same technique. Specific oligonucleotide primers internal to the IS6110 insertion element were used to amplify a 580-bp fragment. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli kuvata Volkswagen-konsernin toimitusjohtajien sekä sen yhdysvaltalaisen tytäryhtiön toimitusjohtajan vaikuttamisen keinoja suuren kriisin yhteydessä. Tavoitteena oli lisätä ymmärrystä siitä, millaisia piirteitä johtajien viestintään liittyy. Aihetta tutkittiin dramatistisen teoriataustan kautta ja kohteeksi valittiin ylimmät johtohenkilöt siitä syystä, että he antoivat ainoat viralliset ja henkilöityneet lausunnot kriisistä. Questo studio propone un algoritmo di ricerca basato sulla tecnica di Intelligenza Artificiale di tipo Swarm (Particle Swarm Optimization - PSO) che consente di ottimizzare la geometria dei tracciati stradali, minimizzando una particolare funzione di costo che tiene conto di voci condizionanti la geometria del tracciato e di penalità relative ai vincoli presenti nel territorio. La pianificazione e la progettazione di un tracciato stradale costituiscono fasi intense di studio, fondamentali per garantire la sicurezza dell’infrastruttura.
