Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää 13- ja 15-vuotiaiden suomalaisten nuorten pitkäaikaissairaiden ja ei-pitkäaikaissairaiden liikunnan harrastamisen määrää. Lähemmässä tarkastelussa analysoitiin sitä, kuinka paljon pitkäaikaissairaat ja ei-pitkäaikaissairaat pojat ja tytöt harrastivat liikuntaa ja vertailtiin myös 7- ja 9-luokkalaisten pitkäaikaissairaiden ja ei-pitkäaikaissairaiden liikunnan harrastamista. Tarkastelun kohteena oli lisäksi heidän harrastamiaan lajeja, koetun kunnon yhteyttä liikunnan harrastamisen määrään ja pitkäaikaissairauksien tuottamien vaikeuksien yhteyttä liikunnan harrastamisen määrään. Simple Summary The lung is the second most common site of metastases in colorectal cancer (CRC). The aim of our study was to evaluate the prognostic value of CD3+ and CD8+ T-cell density based immune cell score (ICS) and PD-1/PD-L1 expression in resected pulmonary metastases of microsatellite stable CRC. The T-cell infiltration was higher in the first pulmonary metastases compared to primary tumour. Pulmonary metastases with high ICS had improved survival compared to low ICS after adjusting for confounders. High tumour cell PD-L1 expression was associated with favourable prognosis. Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is an established risk factor for cardiovascular disease outcomes. However, the relationship of CRF with risk of ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) is unknown. We aimed to assess the prospective association of CRF with the risk of serious VAs. Cardiorespiratory fitness, as measured by maximal oxygen uptake, was assessed using a respiratory gas exchange analyzer in 2299 middle-aged men in the Kuopio Ischemic Heart Disease prospective cohort. We corrected for within-person variability in CRF levels using data from repeated measurements 11 years apart.
