Crowdsourcing for innovation contests represents a promising mechanism to access and integrate external ideas. Among various crowdsourcing types, online, team-based contest is one of the most prominent one. The objective of this study is to deepen the understanding of team-based crowdsourcing by exploring specifically the issues that characterise the innovation process of crowdsourcing in a virtual team setting. Chemical and physical modification of hemp fibres by steam explosion technology

In current research attempt has been made to analyse hemp fibres treated with steam explosion (SE) technology. Disintegration of hemp fibres separated from non-retted, dew-retted and dried stems of hemp ('Purini')[1] by alkali treatment and steam explosion (SE) were investigated. An average intensive SE in combination with the hydro-thermal and alkali after-treatment allows decreasing the diameter of hemp fibres and reduce the concentration of non-celluloses components, among them hemicelluloses, lignin, pectin, waxes and water [1;2].

Tässä pro gradu -työssä tarkastellaan YAD Youth Against Drugs ry:n luomaa matalan kynnyksen vapaaehtoistyön mallia. Tämän Street Teamiksi nimetyn mallin tavoitteena on, että kuka tahansa missä päin tahansa Suomea pystyisi tekemään huumekriittistä vapaaehtoistyötä juuri silloin kun haluaa ja ehtii. Street Teamissä keskiössä on vertaisvaikuttaminen ja sosiaalisen median hyödyntäminen siinä. Tämä pro gradu on muodoltaan työnäyte. Lähtökohtana on ollut RAY:n rahoittama kolmivuotinen projekti. Projektin tavoitteena on ollut luoda Street Teamistä ehkäisevään huumetyöhön soveltuva malli. Soumise à une importante poussée démographique, l’île de La Réunion a vu sa population urbaine fortement augmenter – passant de 44 % de la population totale en 1975 à 95 % en 2015. Directement corrélée aux formes et dynamiques spatiales de l’urbanisation, l’empreinte lumineuse sur l’île a connu une mutation radicale ces dernières années : son emprise et sa pression ont considérablement augmenté sur l’ensemble du territoire, depuis la côte jusqu’à l’intérieur même du Parc national de La Réunion qui recouvre plus de 76 % du territoire insulaire (42 % pour la zone cœur).
