Tausta. Flow on lyhytaikainen huippukokemus, jossa ihminen on vahvasti keskittynyt työhönsä, nauttii siitä ja on siihen työn itsensä vuoksi motivoitunut. Humans can be exposed to cyanotoxins through the ingestion of contaminated water, food or beverages. In the present work, the bioaccesibility of Cylindrospermopsin (CYN), one of the most relevant cyanotoxins, was evaluated in a pure CYN solution and cooked CYN-contaminated fish muscles (20 μg/mL). An in vitro digestion model including the salivar, gastric, duodenal and colonic phases was performed, being each fraction analyzed by HPLC-MS-MS to evaluate CYN degradation. Moreover, Caco-2/TC7 cells were exposed to the digested duodenal and colonic phases to elucidate the final bioavailability of CYN in an approximation to the real human exposure scenario. Composition and antibacterial activity of the essential oil ofAnisochilus carnosus (Linn. ?l.) Benth., a Tamil plant acclimatized in Sicily

The essential oil from aerial parts of Anisochilus carnosus (Linn. fil.) Benth. (Lamiaceae) was obtained by hydrodistillation. The oil content was 0.13% (v/w), on a fresh weight basis. The oil composition was analysed by GC and GC–MS and 28 compounds were identified, accounting for 94.3% of the oil. Carvacrol (27.9%), camphor (14.1%) and α-cis-bergamotene (10.2%) were the most abundant components. The oil is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Referee Bias in Professional Football: Favoritism Toward Successful Teams in Potential Penalty Situations

Past studies have indicated that multiple factors may influence sport referees' decisions, such as pressure from spectators and athletes' reputation. Grounded in the social impact theory framework, this study examined whether Norwegian Premier League (NPL) referees are biased by a team's success when awarding penalties. Using video footage (similar to video assistant referees), an expert panel (EP) of four NPL referees evaluated all potential penalty situations (N = 43) involving either of two successful teams during an entire NPL season. Structural control on the presence and character of calas: Observations from Balearic Islands limestones rock coast macroforms

Calas are characteristic embayed rocky coastline landforms related to steep-sided drowned valleys that were deeply incised during low sea-level stages into carbonate plateaus. This paper studies the factors that control the presence and character of calas in three different islands of the Balearic Archipelago (Mallorca, Menorca and Formentera) by means of Digital Elevation Model (DEM) reconstructions, embayment and catchment morphometric analysis and through the compilation of fault and joint orientations.
