This study will examine the economic issues surrounding crime and reintegration measures aimed at prisoners, particularly but not exclusively in Germany. To do so it will be necessary to give an overview about the crime and crime-fighting situation in Germany. The focus is on violent and street crime. White collar crime will be mentioned only briefly. The starting point will be to examine the cost of crime and the problems concerning its measurement. These include for example the economic costs of murder or the largely ignored cost of rehabilitating the victims of crimes such as rape. They often suffer from severe trauma. International audience; We invoke the Huygens principle to derive dispersion characteristics of acoustic transformational meta-surfaces that can deflect parallel wavefronts in a desired direction. We also propose a dual-Lorentz resonator whose aperture fields can be tuned by geometrical changes to implement a particular phase with unity reflection coefficient. The proposed metascreen is designed by our arranging slightly detuned Lorentz cavities that generate the necessary interference to compensate for the incident wavefronts. The two complexes, [Ni(DPPT)2](NO3)2*1.5H2O (1) and [Ni(DPPT)(NO3)Cl].EtOH (2), were synthesized using the self-assembly of (E)-2,4-di(piperidin-1-yl)-6-(2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)-1,3,5-triazine (DPPT) with Ni(NO3)2*6H2O in the absence and presence of NiCl2*6H2O, respectively. In both cases, the neutral tridentate DPPT ligand is found coordinated to the Ni(II) via three N-atoms from the hydrazone, pyridine and s-triazine rings. It emphasizes professional practices and organizational design in studying hybridity of steering and management of professional public service organization. The article compares public sector dynamics in higher education in Finland, Norway, and Sweden. The data consists of surveys and interviews on performance management in Nordic universities.
