Acute impact of exercise on pro-onflammatory molecule concentrations in blood : factors that affect exercise induce response

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt slodzes intensitātes un ilguma, kā arī fiziskās sagatavotības līmeņa un imobilizācijas ietekmi uz citokīnu un citu slodzes izraisītu signālvielu koncentrācijām asinīs. Kopumā 98 jauni, veseli un fiziski aktīvi vīrieši piedalījās 4 dažādos fiziskās slodzes testos. Asins paraugi citokīnu un citu signālvielu noteikšanai tika ņemti pirms, pēc, kā arī slodzes laikā. Rezultāti liecina, ka akūta fiziskā slodze izraisa iekaisuma molekulu koncentrācijas pieaugumu asinīs. Pieaugot slodzes ilgumam un intensitātei, šī organisma atbildes reakcija pastiprinās, savukārt augstāks fiziskās sagatavotības līmenis šo reakciju samazina. The process capability analysis is a crucial activity to evaluate if the process outcome meets the design specifications. Classically, such analysis is performed by verifying the in-control condition of the process and evaluating suitable capability indices, by assuming the process in-control steady-state condition. In micro-grids, due to their small scale, there is commonly only one power supplier. A competitive wholesale market hardly exists, so the question about how to consider market issues for small producers within micro-grids arises. On the other hand, the specific features of micro-grids where load and generated power hardly find a balance, require that customers take part to regulation issues, also using demand-response (DR) programs. In the debates on deliberative democracy it’s a common idea that the defenders of this theory argue for the direct participation of the citizens in the political issues and for the transformation of our current representative devices. However, in this work I argue that this conception is misguided, and that it’s the minority who defends the direct participation. The majority of the writers acknowledges the necessity of a representative device, although based on different premises to the liberal system.
