Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa kuvataan Kelan vaikeavammaisten lääkinnällisen kuntoutuksen palveluntuottajana toimivien musiikkiterapeuttien toimintaa ja sijoittumista yhteiskunnan kuntoutuspalvelujärjestelmään vuosien 2012–2014 välisenä aikana. Lisäksi tutkielmassa tarkastellaan musiikkiterapeuttien kokemuksia kuntoutustyöstä ja yhteistyöstä Kelan ja muiden yhteistyötahojen kanssa. Tutkielma perustuu kyselytutkimukseen, joka toteutettiin syksyllä 2012 mrInterview -ohjelman avulla tehdyn internetkyselyn kautta. Purpose. Intralesional therapy is a less invasive method for the treatment of Peyronie's disease. The objective of this study was to evaluate safety and tolerability of intralesional injections of Iloprost (I2 Prostacyclin analogue) for its property to suppress in fibroblasts CTFG (Connective tissue growth factor) production, which acts in concert with TGF-ß to stimulate the fibrotic process.?Methods. This case study used qualitative content analysis to examine the cases of two intimately violent men. Both participated in a group intervention but experienced dramatically different outcomes. In the case of "Henri", the intervention was especially successful, but in the case of "Mikael" it was unsuccessful. The data of this study consisted of the video tapes of the men’s therapy sessions, and of the interviews of their spouses. La spasticità, oltre a determinare alterazioni dei fisiologici schemi di movimento, siaccompagna a complicanze musoclo- scheletriche per le quali spesso si ricorre all'intervento chirurgico. La riabilitazione, partendo da un'accurata valutazione pre e postoperatoria del malato, da un lato mira al recupero e al mantenimento dell'articolarità, dall'altro al ripristino della motilità volontaria e della destrezza dei movimenti.
