Background Environmentally growing pathogens present an increasing threat for human health, wildlife and food production. Treating the hosts with antibiotics or parasitic bacteriophages fail to eliminate diseases that grow also in the outside-host environment. However, bacteriophages could be utilized to suppress the pathogen population sizes in the outside-host environment in order to prevent disease outbreaks. Background: Mobile phone apps offer a promising medium to deliver psychological interventions. A mobile app based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) was developed and studied in a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Objective: To study usage metrics of a mobile ACT intervention and dose-response relationship between usage and improvement in psychological flexibility. Šizofrēnija ir viens no visizplatītākajiem psihotiskajiem sindromiem pasaulē, ar kuru slimo aptuveni 1.1% cilvēku visā pasaulē. Joprojām nav noskaidroti precīzi slimības izcelsmes mehānismi, kā arī šī slimība nav izārstējama. Ņemot vērā cilvēku informētības trūkumu par šizofrēniju, tas rada cilvēkos aizspriedumus un neziņu par šizofrēnijas pacientiem, kas nereti rezultējas ar šo pacientu izstumšanu no sabiedrības. Gan pašā sabiedrībā un mēdijos, šizofrēnija netiek apspriesta pietiekami, lai cilvēki būtu informēti par to un kā tā izpaužas.
