Territorial Intelligence of vulnerability systems 2 - Sustainable modelling of globalization challenge.
2012
Globalization as progress of economic development has increased population socioeconomical vulnerability when unequal wealth distribution within economic development process constitutes the main rule, with widening the gap between rich and poors by environmental pricing. Econological vulnerability is therefore increasing too, as dangerous substance and techniques should produce polluted effluents and industrial or climatic risk increasing (Woloszyn, Quenault, Faburel, 2012). To illustrate and model this process, we propose to introduce an analogical induction-model to describe both vulnerability situations and associated resilience procedures. At this aim, we first develop a well-known late…

It is not indifferent to notice the notions of exposition to the glance and of inter-visibility were firstly developed by the architects, in the approach of the relations between a…
Ingénierie territoriale et référentiels du développement territorial
2011
Delimitating the territory for a project often based on the argument of proximity encourages a unified volunteer engagement of the people living in the area. In this way, it is a system of reference on representations and values, epistemological options and praxeological orientations. Applied to territorial development, it maps out the range of perceptions of reality for scientists, politicians, development professionals and citizens in the territory. It structures the actions of the community by cognitively enriching the territorial development and its engineering, the first step towards pragmatic regulation of public action. However, the management of the interdependences and the growing …
