Over the recent years, the theme of abortion has set in the agenda of many countries. Although the abortion law was already present in France, the US and the UK, in some other countries the law was recently sanctioned just after the 2000s. This chapter deals with the problem of hospitality in the days of terrorism. El objetivo principal de la tesis es elaborar un protocolo de evaluación integral del riesgo de radicalización y de comisión de atentados yihadistas. Para alcanzar este propósito, la investigación se estructuró en dos partes diferenciadas. La primera consistió en una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura internacional sobre el fenómeno del terrorismo yihadista. Se realizó una fundamentación teórica sobre los factores de riesgo de radicalización y de comisión de atentados, así como de los protocolos teóricos y empíricos existentes al respecto. Atteso che l’azione pedagogica all’interno delle famiglie di mafia puo tradursi nella trasmissione - e conseguente interiorizzazione - di "valori", schemi comportamentali e modelli cognitivi che si pongono in profondo e radicale antagonismo con i valori fondanti una societa che si voglia civile e democratica, e lecito interrogarsi sulla legittimita di tale esercizio della funzione genitoriale e sulla natura dell’eventuale pregiudizio subito dal fanciullo. Le risposte che l’ordinamento giuridico appresta rispetto a questo fenomeno sembrano tendersi tra due polarita: la prima di tipo casistico-giurisprudenziale, la seconda di tipo autoritativo-legislativo.
