El artículo analiza la fundación del vínculo de los estados de Olocau por don Antonio Vilaragut Visconti, en 1398. Se estudia la figura del fundador, las estrategias matrimoniales y su repercusión en la conformación del patrimonio que se va a vincular, los servicios políticos y militares prestados a la Corona y su recompensa, así como las disposiciones testamentarias, con especial atención a la cláusula vinculatoria.

The main argument of the present article is that previous scholarship has turned Marcion’s exegesis of Scripture upside down. He did not find the inspiration for his doctrine in the teachings of the Apostle Paul, it is the Old Testament and its portrait of an inconsistent, vengeful and cruel God which forms the centre of his theology. Marcion does not understand the Old Testament in the light of the New, he interprets the New Testament in the light of the Old.

The starting point of this article is a topic that features in the synoptic Gospels (Mt 22, 37; Mc 12, 29-31; Lc 10, 27) and is presented as the most essential among Jesus’ precepts: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind”. The three terms that are mentioned here – heart, soul, and mind – are of prominent importance both in the Christian and Islamic spiritual traditions. We compare them and the respective traditions of commentary both on a lexicographical and exegetical level. Autore darbā ir analizējusi testamenta apstrīdēšanas pamatus, proti, iemeslus, lai testaments nestātos likumīgā spēkā. Autore bakalaura darbā ir apskatījusi testamenta kā vienpusēja tiesiska darījuma jēdzienu, testamenta apstrīdēšanu gribas defektu ietekmē, kā arī analizējusi Civillikuma 421. pantā iekļautā jēdziena „nespēja paust savu gribu” atbilstību 2016.gada 13.decembra ANO Konvencijai par personu ar invaliditāti tiesībām un 2013.gada 1.janvārī veiktajiem grozījumiem rīcībspējas regulējumā Civillikumā.
