Celem pracy jest wykazanie aktualnych problemów prawnych w związku z ewolucją dystrybucji treści cyfrowych oraz próbą wskazania możliwych innych kierunków zmian w podejściu do sposobu zakupu treści cyfrowej wraz z upowszechnieniem się novum w postaci rozproszonego konsensusu. Ten ostatni spowodował rozpowszechnienie się technologii łańcucha bloków, która wedle koncepcji wizjonerów ma w przyszłości pozwolić na rozproszone usługi hostingowe połączone z nowym podejściem do dystrybucji treści cyfrowych bez nośnika – zarówno dla konsumentów, jak i autorów zdigitalizowanych dzieł.
Motor skills in children with primary headache: A pilot case-control study

Background: Headache is the most common painful manifestation in the developmental age, often accompanied by severe disability such as scholastic absenteeism, low quality of academic performance and compromised emotional functioning. Los pensamientos intrusos no deseados con contenidos similares a las obsesiones clínicas, constituyen una experiencia prácticamente universal en adultos sin psicopatologías. Sin embargo, no existen apenas evidencias de la presencia de estas introsiones en población infantil y pre-adolescente. En este trabajo se presenta el Inventario de Pensamientos Intrusos Obsesivos para Nif'los y Adolescentes (INPIOS-NA), que recoge en 45 items la frecuencia con que se experimentan intrusiones con temática obsesivo-compulsiva. International audience; This paper deals with a debate between Hawtrey, Hicks and Keynes concerning the capacity of the central bank to influence the short-term and the long-term rates of interest. Both Hawtrey and Keynes considered the central bank’s ability to influence short-term rates of interest. However, they do not put the same emphasis on the study of the long-term rates of interest. According to Keynes, long-term rates are influenced by future expected short-term rates (1930, 1936), whereas for Hawtrey (1932, 1937, 1938), long-term rates are more dependent on the business cycle. Currently, the most frequently employed therapies in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), i.e., Crohn's Disease (CD), Ulcerative Colitis (UC) or unclassified IBD (IBD-U) are monoclonal anti-TNFs and anti-integrin therapies, such as vedolizumab (VDZ). Forty-seven per cent of these patients present extra-intestinal manifestations, the second most prevalent being aphthous stomatitis (AS). Superfluid weight and Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless transition temperature of twisted bilayer graphene

We study superconductivity of twisted bilayer graphene with local and non-local attractive interactions. We obtain the superfluid weight and Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT) transition temperature for microscopic tight-binding and low-energy continuum models. We predict qualitative differences between local and non-local interaction schemes which could be distinguished experimentally. In the flat band limit where the pair potential exceeds the band width we show that the superfluid weight and BKT temperature are determined by multiband processes and quantum geometry of the band.
