Darba procesa izveide platformā Microsoft SharePoint

2015

Tomēr, lietotājs var velēties izveidot darbplūsmu, kura nolasa vērtības no PDF formas laukiem. SharePoint Designer ne piedāvā darbplūsmas darbības kuras ir spējīgas to izdarīt. Tomēr, SharePoint dod iespēju lietotajiem pašiem izveidot vajadzīgas darbības un izmantot tas SharePoint dizaineri Kvalifikācijas darbs apraksta “smilškastes” (izolētā) risinājumā izveidi, kas pievieno papildus darbplūsmas darbības SharePoint dizainerī. Projekta mērķis ir izveidot darbplūsmas darbības k…

Modulation of physical and biological properties of a composite PLLA and polyaspartamide derivative obtained via thermally induced phase separation (…

2016

Abstract In the present study, blend of poly l -lactic acid (PLLA) with a graft copolymer based on α,β-poly(N-hydroxyethyl)- dl -aspartamide and PLA named PHEA-PLA, has been used to design porous scaffold by using Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) technique. Starting from a homogeneous ternary solution of polymers, dioxane and deionised water, PLLA/PHEA-PLA porous foams have been produced by varying the polymers concentration and de-mixing temperature in metastable region. Results have shown that scaffolds prepared with a polymer concentration of 4% and de-mixing temperature of 22.5 °C are the best among those assessed, due to their optimal pore size and interconnection. SEM and DSC…

Central Serotonin2C Receptor: From Physiology to Pathology

2006

Since the 1950s, when serotonin (5-HT) was discovered in the mammalian central nervous system (CNS), an enormous amount of experimental evidence has revealed the pivotal role of this biogenic amine in a number of cognitive and behavioural functions. Although 5-HT is synthesized by a small group of neurons within the raphe nuclei of the brain stem, almost all parts of the CNS receive serotonergic projections. Furthermore, the importance of 5-HT modulation and the fine-tuning of its action is underlined by the large number of 5-HT binding sites found in the CNS. Hitherto, up to 15 different 5-HT receptors subtypes have been identified. This review was undertaken to summarize the work that has…

Tonometers and infectious risk: myth or reality? Efficacy of different disinfection regimens on tonometer tips

2006

Purpose To evaluate the adequacy of common disinfection regimens for disposable tonometer tips and assess if disinfection of reusable prisms or the use of disposable tips is preferable. Methods We used disposable tonometer tips, using the same material and tip diameter of standard Goldmann tonometer prism. Strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Candida albicans were tested according to the European standard guidelines for disinfectants test. Antimicrobial effectiveness of the following disinfection practices has been assessed: dry wipe, Minuten wipes (Alpros), soaking in 3% hydrogen peroxide, 0.5% benzalkonium chloride, and 0.5% Pantasepts for 1, 5, …

DISTURBI COMPORTAMENTALI E SINDROME DA OVERLAPPING PER POLITERAPIA ANTIPSICOTICA

2016

Carbohydrate metabolism of vegetative and reproductive sinks in the late-maturing peach cultivar ‘Encore’

1999

Activities of NAD(+)-dependent sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH), sorbitol oxidase (SOX), sucrose synthase (SS), acid invertase (AI), and neutral invertase (NI) in 'Encore' peach (Prunus persica L.) fruits and developing shoot tips were assayed during the growing season to determine whether carbohydrate metabolizing enzymes could serve as indicators of sink strength. In fruit flesh, SS activity was detected during Stage I of growth, when cells were actively dividing, and SDH activity was detected during Stage III, when cells were actively enlarging. Acid invertase activity was detected during Stage I and showed a closer correlation with relative increase in fruit weight during the growing season…

How Does the Benzamide Antipsychotic Amisulpride get into the Brain?—An In Vitro Approach Comparing Amisulpride with Clozapine

2003

This study evaluated the disposition of the two atypical antipsychotics, amisulpride (AMS) and clozapine (CLZ), and its main metabolite N-desmethylclozapine (DCLZ), to their target structures in the central nervous system by applying an in vitro blood-brain barrier and blood-cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) barrier based on monolayers of porcine brain microvessel endothelial cells (PMEC) or porcine choroid plexus epithelial cells (PCEC). Permeation studies through PMEC- and PCEC-monolayers were conducted for 60 min at drug concentrations of 1, 5, 10, and 30 muM applied to the donor compartment. PMEC were almost impermeable for AMS (permeation coefficient, P1 x 10(-7) cm/s) in the resorptive direct…

An Innovative Method to Produce Scaffolds with a Pore Size Gradient for Tissue Engineering Applications

2014

Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) is a technique for the production of porous scaffold for Tissue Engineering applications. A wide range of microporous morphologies, in terms of pore size and distribution, can be obtained by tuning TIPS processing parameters, especially thermal history. The production of scaffolds for bone tissue regeneration is a challenging target: as a matter of fact, scaffolds must mimic the bone morphology, thus requiring a gradient of pore dimension and morphology along one dimension. To attain this goal, an experimental apparatus capable to impose different thermal histories on the two sides of a sample was designed, set up and tested. The sample (35x35 mm su…

ACUTE VOLUME EXPANSION AND TIPS FAILS TO INDUCE CHANGES OF IMPENDING HEART FAILURE IN PATIENTS WITH REFRACTORY ASCITES

2011

To evaluate in patients with cirrhosis requiring an elective TIPS for refractory ascites, if acute volume expansion may elicit signs of impending heart failure, and if this can predict hemodynamic changes occurring after TIPS.

Integrated treatment of first episode psychosis with online training (e-learning): study protocol for a randomised controlled trial

2014

Background: The integrated treatment of first episode psychosis has been shown to improve functionality and negative symptoms in previous studies. In this paper, we describe a study of integrated treatment (individual psychoeducation complementary to pharmacotherapy) versus treatment as usual, comparing results at baseline with those at 6-month re-assessment (at the end of the study) for these patients, and online training of professionals to provide this complementary treatment, with the following objectives: 1) to compare the efficacy of individual psychoeducation as add-on treatment versus treatment as usual in improving psychotic and mood symptoms; 2) to compare adherence to medication,…
