Free-floating thrombus in the right ventricle, associated with a massive acute pulmonary embolism (PE), is a rare phenomenon. PE is an important clinical entity with considerable mortality despite advances in diagnosis and treatment. The prognosis of PE depends on right ventricular dysfunction, myocardial injury markers, and early treatment. In this report, we present the case of a 71-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer admitted to intensive care unit for PE complicated by syncope. Autore darba ietvaros ir veikusi visaptverošu tiesību aizsardzības pagaidu līdzekļu veidu analīzi balstoties uz empīrisku ICSID šķīrējtiesas prakses analīzi. Lai ICSID šķīrējtiesa rekomendētu tiesību aizsardzības pagaidu līdzekļus, autore izdala procesuālus un materiālus priekšnoteikumus. Procesuālo priekšnoteikumu aspektā tiek pētīta tiesību aizsardzības pagaidu līdzekļu juridiskā daba. This genus possesses relevant medical and economical roles, because it produces many biologically active metabolites of pharmaceutical interest, including the majority of commercialized antibiotics. Recently, many studies explored the role of inflammation parameters in the prognosis of urinary cancers, but the results were not consistent. The modified Glasgow Prognostic Score (mGPS), a systemic inflammation marker, is a prognostic marker in various types of cancers.
