ProKoulu-malli näkyy työrauhan kehittymisenä ja hyvinvointina Varkauden kouluissa

2018

Varkauden kaupungin sivistystoimen ja Itä-Suomen yliopiston yhteistyö alkoi kolmiportaisen tuen verkostohankkeessa (ISKE). Hankkeen loputtua Varkaudessa oltiin halukkaita jatkamaan tutkimukseen perustuvan toimintamallin kehittämistä, aluksi kolmen koulun pilottikokeilulla.

Carsharing business models in Germany: characteristics, success and future prospects

2017

Carsharing provides an alternative to private car ownership by allowing car use temporarily on an on-demand basis. Operators provide carsharing services using different business models and ownership structures. We distinguish between cooperative, business-to-consumer (B2C) roundtrip and one-way, as well as peer-topeer (P2P) carsharing. This paper characterizes these different types of business models and compares their success in terms of diffusion using a comprehensive database of all 101 German carsharing providers in 2016. The key result holds that fleet size is significantly different across business models ranging from a few cars (cooperatives in small towns), to a few hundred (B2C rou…

How perceived value drives the use of mobile financial services apps

2019

Mobile information services have revolutionized business models and service delivery methods by facilitating consumer access to information and order placement via mobile apps. In developed markets, mobile banking (m-banking) and mobile payment (m-payment) applications have replaced text-based mobile services. However, extant research has not addressed these mobile financial services apps (MFSAs) adequately from the perspective of consumer behavior. Thus, the present study developed and tested a series of hypotheses related to the antecedents of perceived value of MFSA use; it also examined how such use affects the development of customers’ overall relationships with banks. Our hypotheses w…

Digitaalisen musiikin vapautuminen - ovatko DRM-tekniikat enää tarpeellisia?

2010

Riekkinen, Janne Pauli Henrik Tietojärjestelmätieteen kandidaatintutkielma / Janne P. H. Riekkinen Jyväskylä: Jyväskylän yliopisto, 2010, 35 s. Kandidaatintutkielma Musiikkialaa koettelee laajamittainen ja radikaali muutos. Levymyynnin lasku on ollut pitkään maailmanlaajuinen trendi, mutta toisaalta samaan aikaan musiikin digitaalinen jakelu on kasvanut nopeasti. Eräs tämän alan tärkeimmistä suuntauksista on ollut digitaalisten käyttöoikeuksien hallinnan (digital rights management, DRM) järjestelmien ja sovellusten käytöstä luopuminen. DRMjärjestelmiä on pidetty musiikkialan tärkeimpänä aseena musiikin laitonta lataamista vastaa, joten kaupallisen musiikin tulevaisuus vaikuttaa olevan epäv…
