Le diagnostic de l’Excoutellier a permis de confirmer la présence d’un site protohistorique pointé dans les années 1990 par les prospections menées par le groupe archéologique de la vallée de La Tave et coordonnées par Hervé Petitot. Installée sur le flanc sud-ouest du plateau de Lacau, cette occupation de bas de pente se caractérise par quelques aménagements fossoyés associés à des structures de combustion. Un mobilier relativement riche (plus de 1600 fr. de céramique) permet d’envisager une mise en place de l’occupation à la toute fin de l’âge du Bronze, occupation qui dure probablement jusqu’aux premiers temps de l’âge du Fer. Density of States evaluation of Molybdenum Oxide for c-Si solar cell
Silicon-based heterojunction technology (HJT) is one of the most promising candidates for high performance and low cost solar cells with world-record efficiency close to 27% in IBC architecture. The HJT exploits the excellent passivation properties of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H); although, the use of doped a-Si:H has drawbacks such as parasitic absorption and low-thermal budget to cope with back-end metallization. Replacing the p-type a-Si:H with molybdenum oxide (MoOx) is a viable alternative. Optimizing this hole-selective layer is needed; however information on the defect density of states (DOS), linked to oxygen vacancies is still lacking.

Artikkeli tarkastelee yhden lapsen siirtymäresursseja varhaiskasvatuspolun erilaisissa siirtymissä. Etnografinen, pitkittäisasetelmaan perustuva tutkimusaineisto muodostuu yhden lapsen varhaiskasvatuspolun ensimmäisistä päivistä aina esiopetuksen alkuun. Artikkeli vastaa kysymykseen siitä, millaisia resursseja lapsi hyödyntää siirtymätilassa sekä millaisia muutoksia resurssien hyödyntämisessä tapahtuu siirtymien aikana? Siirtymiä tarkastellaan siirtymätiloina, jotka rakentuvat sekä tilanteisesti että relationaalisesti, eli suhteessa ympäristöön ja muihin toimijoihin. The NUMEN project @ LNS: Status and perspectives

The NUMEN project aims at accessing experimentally driven information on Nuclear Matrix Elements (NME) involved in the half-life of the neutrinoless double beta decay (0νββ), by high-accuracy measurements of Heavy Ion (HI) induced Double Charge Exchange (DCE) reaction cross sections. In particular, the (18O,18Ne) and (20Ne,20O) reactions are used as tools for β+β+ and β−β− decays, respectively. In the experiments, performed at INFN - Laboratory Nazionali del Sud (LNS) in Catania, the beams are accelerated by the Superconducting Cyclotron (CS) and the reaction ejectiles are detected the MAGNEX magnetic spectrometer.
