Siirtymäresurssit varhaiskasvatuksen siirtymätilan suhteissa ja muutoksissa

Artikkeli tarkastelee yhden lapsen siirtymäresursseja varhaiskasvatuspolun erilaisissa siirtymissä. Etnografinen, pitkittäisasetelmaan perustuva tutkimusaineisto muodostuu yhden lapsen varhaiskasvatuspolun ensimmäisistä päivistä aina esiopetuksen alkuun. Artikkeli vastaa kysymykseen siitä, millaisia resursseja lapsi hyödyntää siirtymätilassa sekä millaisia muutoksia resurssien hyödyntämisessä tapahtuu siirtymien aikana? Siirtymiä tarkastellaan siirtymätiloina, jotka rakentuvat sekä tilanteisesti että relationaalisesti, eli suhteessa ympäristöön ja muihin toimijoihin. Mandibular metastasis from carcinoma of the bladder: Report of a case and literature review

Metastases represent about 1% of all malignant tumors of the oral region. Only 12 cases of metastases to the jawbones and 3 to the oral soft tissues from a carcinoma of the bladder are reported in the English literature. Here we report a case of an 86 year-old man with a metastasis to the anterior region of the lower jaw from a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder treated 5 years before, all-together with a literature review.

“Comme ca pour le plaisir…” is a quotation taken from The Little Prince of Antoine de Saint - Exupéry that in a few words summarizes the subjects I want to discuss. Is there only pleasure in creative activities? How much creativity is related with painful parts of our inner world? More in specific: has writing to do with separation issues? In the first part of my paper I will try to answer to the above questions exploring some psychoanalytical concepts, their relationship with creativity and in particular with writing. Bladder urothelial carcinoma is typically a disease of older individuals and rarely occurs below the age of 40 years. There is debate and uncertainty in the literature regarding the clinicopathologic and prognostic characteristics of bladder urothelial neoplasms in younger patients compared with older patients, although no consistent age criteria have been used to define "younger" age group categories.
