La retención, es decir, la no erupción de un diente permanente más allá de un año después de la edad normal de erupción, es relativamente poco frecuente si exceptuamos el caso de los terceros molares y los caninos superiores. La transmigración se define como el fenómeno en el cual un diente incluido no erupcionado traspasa en más de la mitad de su longitud la línea media. L-selectin regulates human neutrophil transendothelial migration

ABSTRACT The migration of circulating neutrophils towards damaged or infected tissue is absolutely critical to the inflammatory response. L-selectin is a cell adhesion molecule abundantly expressed on circulating neutrophils. For over two decades, neutrophil L-selectin has been assigned the exclusive role of supporting tethering and rolling – the initial stages of the multi-step adhesion cascade. Here, we provide direct evidence for L-selectin contributing to neutrophil transendothelial migration (TEM). Recognising forced migrants in transnational social work

PurposeNation states’ neoliberal policies do not regard asylum seekers and undocumented migrants as deserving of a good life. Social work in welfare states is highly connected to the policies of nation states. There is a need to address theories in social work that have a transnational focus at the local level. Axel Honneth’s recognition theory enables an approach to forced migration from the direction of personal relations and personhood itself. The core idea is that if people cannot gain recognition, this causes harm to their self-realisation.
