The focus of the present study is on product managers’ responsibilities and job roles in product development projects. The aim of the research is to define how these responsibilities and job roles reflect joint intrapreneurial and intuitive characteristics in product development.The approach is quantitative. The concepts of product manager, product managers’ responsibilities and job roles, intrapreneurship and intuitive decision making style are defined in the framework.
