Työn tarkoituksena oli tutkia mitä on turvallisuusviestintä ja erityisesti miten turvallisuusviestintää toteutetaan rakennusalan organisaatiossa. Tarkoituksena oli tuottaa tietoa, jonka avulla turvallisuusviestintää voitaisiin edelleen kehittää. Tutkimuskysymykset olivat: 1) Millainen on tutkimuskohteen turvallisuuskulttuuri? 2) Millaista työturvallisuusviestintää tutkimuskohteessa on? 3) Millainen käsitys tutkimuskohteessa on tietomallinnuksesta? This study examines the user expectations before and the use experiences during the implementation phase of a mobile secure communication application together with expectation–confirmation and its influence on continued adoption.
