Tässä pro gradu –tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin terapeuttien työskentely- ja vuorovaikutustyylien eroja sekä näiden erojen vaikutuksia terapian kulkuun kahden erilaiseen tulokseen johtaneen masennuksen pariterapiaprosessin kohdalla. Tutkielma on osa Jyväskylän yliopiston Dialogiset ja narratiiviset prosessit masennuksen pariterapiassa (DINADEP) –tutkimusprojektia, jonka toteutus on tapahtunut yhdessä psykiatristen ja muiden terveydenhuollon yksiköiden kanssa. In this empirical case study we explore the fantasy nature of strategy work and propose fantasising as a framework contributing to the nascent literature dealing with the previously overlooked fantasy nature of strategy. More specifically, our interest is on examining how the meaning of official strategy gets constructed as it is being implemented, as well as and how and why the perceptions may evolve during implementation. Our data consists of official strategy documents and interviews from Finland's largest financial services group and its largest unit. Longitudinal Associations of First-grade Teaching with Reading in Early Primary School

The present study examined the longitudinal associations between first-grade teaching practices and children's reading skills development from Grade 1 to Grade 3. Using the Early Childhood Classroom Observation Measure (ECCOM), the teaching practices of 32 Finnish teachers were observed in Grade 1. Students' (N = 359) word recognition and sentence reading skills were assessed yearly from Grade 1 to Grade 3. The person-oriented analysis identified three profiles of teaching practices in Grade 1: child-centred teaching style, teacher-directed teaching style, and a mixed child-centred and teacher-directed teaching style. Toiminnallinen opettaminen oppimiskokemuksen ja sisäisen motivaation rakentaja alakoulussa

Tutkimuksessa selvitetään toiminnallisen opettamisen hyötyjä ja haittoja sekä sen merkitys oppilaiden sisäisen motivaation rakentumiseen. Näiden teemojen lisäksi tutkimus johtaa lukijan sellaisten kysymysten äärelle, kuten miten opitaan, minkälainen on oppimisprosessi ja miten motivaatio rakentuu. Tutkimuskysymykseen vastataan kirjallisuuskatsauksella ja empiirisellä osalla, joka on toteutettu teemahaastattelulla, videohavainnoinnilla ja kyselyllä. Näiden lisäksi tutkimuksen apuna ovat toimineet tuntisuunnitelmat ja muistiinpanot, joiden pohjalta tutkimuksen havainto-oppitunnit pidettiin.
