En studie av högstadieelevers inlärningsstrategier i svenska

Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa yläkouluikäisten oppilaiden oppimisstrategioiden käyttöä B1-ruotsin opiskelussa. Tutkimukseen osallistui 68 B1-ryhmälästä 7. ja 9. vuosikurssilta. Lisäksi vertailussa oli mukana yksi A-ruotsin ryhmä 9. vuosikurssilta, joka käsitti 14 oppilasta. Tutkimuksen materiaali kerättiin internetkyselyn avulla keväällä 2016. Analyysissa tarkasteltiin oppimisstrategioiden käyttöä yläkoulussa yleisellä tasolla sekä vertailtiin niiden käyttöä eri ikäryhmien ja sukupuolten välillä. Tämän pro gradu –tutkielman tarkoituksena on tarkastella englannin opettajaopiskelijoiden näkemyksiä englannin opettamisen tapoja ja tavoitteita. Kielen opettamista säädetään ja määritellään kansallisissa opetussuunnitelmissa, joita uudistetaan noin kymmenen vuoden välein. Englanti on Suomessa eniten opiskeltu vieras kieli ja tavoitteet englannin opettamiselle ovat korkeat. Suomessa opiskelijat yltävät kirjallisissa taidoissa korkeisiin tavoitteisiin, mutta taidot kommunikoinnissa koetaan jäävän tavoitteista. The potential of non-educational games in learning is well-established, but there have been relatively few empirical studies attempting to explore the kinds of informal learning take place in non-educational games outside of formal education. Simultaneously, student motivation is known to have a connection to learning outcomes, but there is a lack of research on the relationship between gaming motivations and informal learning in games. Both the management and decisionmaking in municipal organizations may be characterized as tensional. Previous scholarly work has tried to identify (cf. Haveri, 2010; Luomala, 2003) and solve (Pynnönen, 2015) some of the sources of tensions. In this empirical study we focus on the orientations of political decision-makers and office-holders towards preparation in municipal decision-making in a relatively large municipal organization. Elements of perceived good physician leadership and their relation to leadership theory.

Purpose This research paper aims to discover the elements of good physician leadership as perceived by physicians and to find out how the findings connect to the leadership theory. Design/methodology/approach The subjects (n = 50) of this qualitative study are physicians from four hierarchical levels (residents/specialising physicians, specialists, heads of departments and chief physicians).
