Optimum Solution for Sliding Formwork Equipment

In the present context of the construction domain where everything needs to respond to the market requirements and time efficiency is an ongoing issue, the paper analyses the optimum solution for a sliding formwork. By using all the previous data obtained through PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) approach, we determined the particular solution. For this creative methods were used.As a future step, by having such solution we can design an intelligent equipment and make a step ahead in the formwork industry.

Mode superposition methods in dynamic analysis of classically and non-classically damped linear systems

Mode-superposition analysis is an efficient tool for the evaluation of the response of linear systems subjected to dynamic agencies. Two well-known mode-superposition methods are available in the literature, the mode-displacement method and the mode-acceleration method. Within this frame a method is proposed called a dynamic correction method which evaluates the structural response as the sum of a pseudostatic response, which is the particular solution of the differential equations, and a dynamic correction evaluated using a reduced number of natural modes. A correction method for the analysis of continuous linear one-dimensional systems under moving loads

A new correction procedure for dynamic analysis of linear, proportionally damped, continuous systems under traveling concentrated loads is proposed; both cases of non-parametric (moving forces) and parametric (moving mass) loads are considered. Improvement in the evaluation of the dynamic response is obtained by separating the contribution of the low-frequency (LF) modes from that of the high-frequency (HF) modes. Discriminating Neutrino See-Saw Models

We consider how well current theories can predict neutrino mass and mixing parameters, and construct a statistical discriminator which allows us to compare different models to each other. As an example we consider see-saw models based on family symmetry, and single right-handed neutrino dominance, and compare them to each other and to the case of neutrino anarchy with random entries in the neutrino Yukawa and Majorana mass matrices. The predictions depend crucially on the range of the undetermined coefficients over which we scan, and we speculate on how future theories might lead to more precise predictions for the coefficients and hence for neutrino observables. A correction method for dynamic analysis of linear continuous systems

A method to improve the dynamic response analysis of continuous classically damped linear system is proposed. As in fact usually, following a classical approach, a reduced number of eigenfunctions are accounted for and the response is evaluated by integrating the uncoupled differential equations of motion in modal space, neglecting the contribution of high frequency modes (truncation procedure). Monoclonal gammopathy of ocular significance (MGOS) – a short survey of corneal manifestations and treatment outcomes

Monoclonal gammopathy of ocular significance (MGOS) is a rare subset of monoclonal gammopathy of clinical significance occurring secondary to plasma cell disorders and causing ocular manifestations. We identified 23 patients with paraproteinemic keratopathy (PPK) in the setting of monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance (MGUS, 10), smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM, 3) or multiple myeloma (MM, 10). Many of these patients with PPK (11/23) presented decreased vision.
