IDCnet: Inclusive Design Curriculum Network – First Results

This paper presents the preliminary results of the IDCnet Thematic Network in regard to the development of curriculum recommendations for Higher Education institutions in the area of ICT that include Design for All. These recommendations are based upon discussion with relevant actors in industry and academia to identify core knowledge sets and skills.

The goal is twofold: we would like to invite all those with similar experiences to contribute to the compilation of a document to guide other astronomers who might be interested in carrying out these kind of activities aimed at groups of people with special needs. Sin embargo, hay pocas investigaciones que proporcionen datos sobre su eficacia. El objetivo de este artículo es validar una herramienta que permita evaluar las percepciones basadas en dua de los profesionales, a través del análisis factorial confirmatorio de una muestra de 230 profesionales. In this paper, a scenario-based approach augmented with personas typically used in universal design and interactive design domains is used to illustrate the occurrence of situational disabilities in emergency situations, and to show how environmental factors can trigger these situational disabilities.
