Konstytucyjna zasada równości w kontekście przepisów abolicyjnych w ustawie Polski Ład

Artykuł został poświęcony instytucji przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów wprowadzonej ustawą Polski Ład. Jak wykazano, w istocie spełnia ona kryteria abolicji podatkowej i jednocześnie budzi poważne wątpliwości co do zgodności z konstytucyjnymi zasadami równości (art. 32 Konstytucji RP) i powszechności opodatkowania (art. 84 Konstytucji RP). W publikacji przedstawiono instytucję abolicji podatkowej, jej istotę i rys historyczny oraz normatywną konstrukcję przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów. Analizie poddano także zgodność przepisów normujących instytucję przejściowego ryczałtu od dochodów ze wskazanymi przepisami ustawy zasadniczej

The Abelian Kernel of an Inverse Semigroup

The problem of computing the abelian kernel of a finite semigroup was first solved by Delgado describing an algorithm that decides whether a given element of a finite semigroup S belongs to the abelian kernel. Steinberg extended the result for any variety of abelian groups with decidable membership. In this paper, we used a completely different approach to complete these results by giving an exact description of the abelian kernel of an inverse semigroup. An abelian group that gives this abelian kernel was also constructed.

Highly occupied gauge theories in 2 + 1 dimensions : a self-similar attractor

Motivated by the boost-invariant Glasma state in the initial stages in heavy-ion collisions, we perform classical-statistical simulations of SU(2) gauge theory in 2+1 dimensional space-time both with and without a scalar field in the adjoint representation. We show that irrespective of the details of the initial condition, the far-from-equilibrium evolution of these highly occupied systems approaches a unique universal attractor at high momenta that is the same for the gauge and scalar sectors. We extract the scaling exponents and the form of the distribution function close to this non-thermal fixed point. Supporting USLE-MM reliability by analyzing soil loss measurement errors

Sampling the collected suspension in a storage tank is a common procedure to obtain soil loss data. A calibration curve of the tank has to be used to obtain actual concentration values from those measured by sampling. However, literature suggests that using a tank calibration curve was not a common procedure in the past. Water soil erosion is a process of detachment and transport of soil particles due to rainfall and runoff and causes the landform modeling on earthʹs surface.
