Epätäydellisessä maailmassa tulee aina olemaan utoopikkoja, jotka kuvittelukyvyllään maalaavat kuvaa tulevaisuudesta, jossa kaikki nykyisyyttä vaivaavat epäkohdat olisi poistettu. Tässä puheenvuorotekstissä tarkastelen, miten utooppisissa teksteissä on läsnä jännite menneisyyden ja tulevaisuuden välillä. Tämä paljastuu esimerkiksi kiinnittämällä William Morrisin kaltaisen utoopikon teksteissä huomio onnellisuuden ja melankolisuuden väliseen suhteeseen utooppisessa tulevaisuudessa.

Powieści o charakterze antyutopijnym i dystopijnym opisują świat po pewnej zmianie. Zmiana ta często przybierała formę rewolucji, gwałtownego zaprzeczenia, odwrócenia znanego porządku. W swoim artykule chciałabym przyjrzeć się literackim kreacjom takich przemian - które w utopijnych wariacjach prowadzą do zniewolenia - nie do wyzwolenia. W omawianych utworach rewolucja jest wynikiem działań postaci reprezentujących odmienne światopoglądy, jednak jej skutek często bywa taki sam niszczy, nie tworzy. Obawy twórców literackich odzwierciedlają znaną im rzeczywistość.

Powieść Bogdana Madeja ukazuje społeczeństwo uzależnione z powodu zakazu. Wprowadzone prawo zakazuje spożywania jabłek, co wcale nie wpływa na to, że mieszkańcy miasta ich nie jedzą. Jabłko jako symbol zakazanego owocu w tej antyutopii to nie tylko obiekt pożądania, ale również symbol wolności.

Per contrastare la manomissione del passato provocata dalla globalizzazione, viene proposta l’attivazione di un laboratorio di didattica della storia che abbia come obiettivo la costruzione condivisa tra i giovani di un futuro migliore. In this paper, historical memory is rediscovered as an educational space for the new generations. Against the today’s falsification of history, it is proposed the activation of a laboratory of historical education where young people learn the shared construction of a better future.
