International audience; A numerical vibroacoustic model that can manage multilayered plates locally covered with damping patches is presented. All the layers can have an on-axis orthotropic viscoelastic behavior. Continuity of displacements and transverse shear stresses at each interface is enforced, which permits to write the entire displacement field in function of the displacements of the-common-first layer, leading to a two-dimensional plate model. The problem is then discretized by Rayleigh-Ritz's method using a trigonometric basis that includes both sine and cosine functions in order to treat various boundary conditions. International audience; This study is concerned with the vibration transmission between two subsystems of a vehicle: the chassis which is considered as an elastic structure and the powertrain which is considered as a rigid body. The study is carried out based on a new coupling matrix constructed from equations of dynamic behavior of each subsystems. This matrix depends only on the impedance matrices of the two subsystems and the mechanical characteristics of the linking mounts. The analysis of literature concerning of theory of values hierarchy by M. Rokeach and model of the quality of life by B. Mróz allowed to creation of research hypotheses. Model MOA, the Sense of Life Quality Questionnaire, and the Value Scale were used in order to raise data base for a verifi cation which came from 126 students. The main goal of the work was confi rmed and it states that the level of quality of life differentiates the students pedagogic and electronic in terms of the sense of life quality and the hierarchy of values. This thesis focuses on exploring the value co-creation in the future electricity demand-side response (DSR) service for households. DSR service is implemented as a cloud service, where high-power home appliances are switched off, if there are consumption overload in the power grid and the flexibility is needed. The service is necessary, especially when the use of electric cars increases. As electricity consumption is expected to increase, it creates challenges for electricity network capacity. ResumenEste estudio persigue un doble objetivo: i) analizar las relaciones entre empatía, conducta prosocial y razonamiento moral prosocial y sus diferencias en función del sexo; ii) analizar el valor predictor de dichas variables en la empatía, como variable dependiente. La población evaluada está compuesta por 1557 adolescentes de 12 a 15 años (M = 13.13, DT = .86; 47.4 % chicas; 52.6 % chicos). Los análisis muestran diferencias significativas entre chicos y chicas. Las chicas obtienen mayores índices de empatía, conducta prosocial, razonamiento moral prosocial, en las dimensiones de interiorizado, orientado hacia la necesidad y estereotipado. A growing number of old employees should be employed in future organisations, particularly in highly developed countries, and because of at least two reasons. First, the populations of many countries are aging. Second, the time of remaining active on the labour market is prolonging. The barriers for older workers on this market include age stereotypes regarding such workers.
