Vuorovaikutusverkostot työelämässä ja vapaa-ajalla

Tämän tutkielman tavoitteena on kuvata ja ymmärtää vuorovaikutusverkostojen ilmiötä ja haastateltavien niille antamia merkityksiä. Yleistämisen sijaan pyrkimyksenä on tuottaa ilmiöstä tietoa haastateltaviksi valikoituneen joukon käsitysten pohjalta. Haastateltaviksi valittiin parhaillaan työelämässä olevia asiantuntijoita, jotka kertoivat sekä ammatillisista että vapaa-ajan verkostoistaan. Tutkimus suoritettiin laadullisin keinoin käyttäen teemahaastattelua. Haastateltavat (9kpl) tavoitettiin lumipallo-otantaa hyödyntämällä. Different approaches are being taken to clarify the role of various factors in the development of physical activity behaviors. Genetic studies are a new area of physical activity research and also the motives for physical activity have been widely studied. The purpose of this paper is to review the findings emerging from the longitudinal genetic studies on leisure-time physical activity and to evaluate the associations between motivational factors and leisure-time physical activity. This study examines the meanings and prerequisites of self-organised physical activity from young people’s perspective. The theoretical framework is social space, which enables young people’s experiences to be interpreted in parallel with their physical, social, and cultural environment. Three research questions are addressed: (1) Where does young people’s self-organised physical activity take place? (2) What are the forms of the activity? (3) What meanings do young people associate with the spaces of the activity? The research data were collected within one municipality.
